You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove access you already paid for during the current billing period.

Use the billing portal or contact support to cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
What happens to access
Your paid tools remain available through the end of your billing period. After that, free listing sync remains available where supported by your app version and account status.
eBay connection
Canceling Pro does not automatically revoke eBay authorization or remove credentials from your app. To revoke access, use your eBay account settings.
