Terms of Service (Summary)
These Terms of Service govern your use of Lakeview Lister, a desktop application for creating and managing listings on eBay. Lakeview Lister is available on macOS now, with Windows support planned. By using Lakeview Lister, you agree to these terms.
Subscription billing
Lakeview Lister is a subscription-based app. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or in cases of billing error. Your Lakeview Lister subscription does not include AI provider charges. Lakeview Lister requires you to add your own AI provider key, and model usage is billed separately by that provider under its own pricing and terms. Contact support if you need billing portal access to manage your subscription, update payment details, or view invoices.
Beta access
From time to time, we may offer beta features. Beta features are provided as is and may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.
eBay developer account and connection
Lakeview Lister is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by eBay Inc. To connect eBay, you use credentials and tokens from your own eBay developer account. You are responsible for maintaining that developer account and complying with eBay API terms. Lakeview Lister uses the connection to sync listing data and perform actions you initiate in the app.
AI provider usage and generated content
Lakeview Lister generates listing content using the AI provider key you add to the app. You are responsible for any model usage charges from that provider, and for reviewing all generated titles, descriptions, item specifics, and other content before publishing.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
