Summary
These Terms of Service govern your use of Lakeview Lister, software for creating and managing listings on eBay. Public beta downloads are currently paused. By using Lakeview Lister, you agree to these terms.
Subscription billing
Some setup and listing sync features are available without a subscription. Pro listing workflows require an active Pro plan. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or in cases of billing error. Your Lakeview Lister subscription does not include AI provider charges. AI-assisted listing workflows require credentials for the AI provider you choose, and model usage is billed separately by that provider under its own pricing and terms. Contact support if you need billing portal access to manage your subscription, update payment details, or view invoices.
Beta software
From time to time, we may offer beta features. Beta features are provided as is and may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.
eBay connections
Lakeview Lister is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by eBay Inc. The Lakeview-managed connection lets you authorize access through eBay and is currently in testing. Public beta downloads remain paused. You remain responsible for the eBay account, the actions you authorize, and compliance with eBay’s applicable terms.
A managed eBay account can be linked to one Lakeview Lister user at a time. That user may use multiple devices and link multiple eBay accounts. Confirmed eBay account deletion or closure can cause removal of the affected account’s entire app-managed workspace, including drafts and app-managed photo copies, as explained in our Privacy Policy. An ordinary disconnect is not the same as account deletion.
AI provider usage and generated content
Lakeview Lister generates listing content using the AI provider you connect. You are responsible for any model usage charges from that provider, and for reviewing all generated titles, descriptions, item specifics, and other content before publishing.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
