Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your Pro plan at any time from the billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

What can I do before subscribing?

You can launch the app, create your local profile, connect eBay, add your AI provider key, and confirm listing sync before starting Pro.

How are AI provider costs billed?

Lakeview Lister is billed separately from model usage. You bring your own AI provider key, so AI costs are charged by the provider you choose.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds after a billing period begins, except where required by law or in cases of billing error. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
