Account information
We may collect your name, email address, subscription status, and support history so we can provide access and respond to requests.
eBay developer credentials and connection data
Lakeview Lister connects to eBay using credentials and tokens from your own eBay developer account. We use that connection to sync listing data and perform actions you initiate in the app. You can revoke access through eBay or remove the credentials from the app.
AI provider key and requests
Lakeview Lister requires your own AI provider key for listing workflows. The key and related settings may be stored locally on your computer depending on your app settings. Requests sent to your AI provider are handled under that provider's own terms, pricing, and privacy practices.
Local app data
Lakeview Lister is designed for desktop listing workflows. Listing drafts, preferences, and working data may be stored locally on your computer depending on your app settings.
Billing data
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Billing portal access is used for invoices, subscriptions, and cancellations.
Support messages
Information submitted through support is used to respond to your request and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
