Refund Policy (Summary)
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees after a billing period begins, except where required by law or in cases of billing error.
No refunds after billing starts
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Canceling stops future renewals, and your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Billing errors
Contact support if you believe there was a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, unauthorized charge, or other billing error. We will review and correct billing mistakes where appropriate.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid billing period begins, the no-refunds policy applies.
